It seems like a memory-bandwidth bug in AIDA has been fixed; the Core i7-7820X benchmarks just where we'd expect it to.
Our first set of gaming numbers show that having eight cores and 16 threads isn't hugely advantageous. We can safely say this because the four-core Core i7-7700K is pretty much as fast.
