Using a Hoyer lift can feel intimidating—but it doesn’t have to be. In this video, I’m showing you the first and most important step: How to safely and gently place the sling under your person before you lift. Getting the sling in the right position protects your person’s comfort, prevents injury, and sets you up for a smooth transfer.
