Detroit's Construction & Demolition Department recently took advantage of training provided by the Detroit Fire Department to learn Hands-Only CPR, an updated, specialized life-saving technique. By hands-only, they mean no more mouth-to-mouth. The training is available to all willing City of Detroit residents. This is how the City of Detroit takes care of its own.
