Outbound leads from cold calling and cold emailing aren’t identical to inbound leads in sales. There’s an extra layer of dynamics that create objections, resistance, and throw sales reps off. Outbound leads generally don’t already identify the problems they have, and haven’t already decided you might be a solution, in the way inbound leads have. There’s plenty of sales reps that struggle with outbound leads, but don’t even understand that this is what they struggle with.
